West View Ross Fastpitch Softball offers programs at all age groups and participates in the Greater Pittsburgh Girls Softball League. 10U and 12U seasons typically begin in late March with 15U and 18U seasons starting after the end of the school softball seasons. Playoffs for all age groups are held at the end of the regular season and hosted by the GPGSL.

Additional Winter workouts may be provided for instruction outside of the regular season for pitching, catching, fielding and hitting. Only players registered for the upcoming season are eligible to participate in off-season workouts.

Age groups are determined by birth year. Any parent or guardian interested in having their child play in a classification other than their current birth year should first register for the appropriate age group. After completing the registration process, contact should be made with the WVRAA Commissioner of Softball at [email protected] for details or questions about playing up. Playing up is permitted as long as roster spots are available at the requested age group.
